Delivery Costs

To keep delivery costs as low as possible we calculate cost of delivery per order and not per item. Below outlined is a breakdown of the typical costs of delivery when you order from us.

Where an item does not qualify for free delivery the following costs are applied:

  • Small Items [DPD, Interlink , Royal Mail]  - £7-10
  • Large Items within M25 [Shower Glass, Baths, Toilets, Washbasins, Furniture] - £28
  • Delivery Outside M25 Radius - £40

How Long Does Delivery Take?

The time it takes for your goods to arrive will depend on what types of products have been ordered and also what brands of products have been ordered. We aim to fulfill all deliveries within 10 working days of placing your order. The majority of our products are ordered via our manufacturers and could take longer to deliver depending on stock and availability of the product. Any delivery time-frames shown on the website are only estimates assuming our suppliers hold stock. We strongly advise all our customers to check stock and availability directly with ourselves before scheduling any installation works.  If you require an exact delivery date and availability of a specific product please contact us on 020 8439 9079 or e-mail sales@indesignbathrooms.com.

Do You Stock Items?

Most of the items that we have available for purchase on our website we do not guarantee stock levels for at the time an order is placed. For this reason we always advise to plan any building or installation work after you have received delivery for the Goods that you require. Any delivery times indicated on the website are merely estimates based on the assumption that the items are in stock with our suppliers and are ready to be dispatched. 

Order Progressing & Delivery Method

From the time you have placed your order we do our best to process this request as soon as possible. When processing your order we check that all items ordered are compatible, are in stock and then we would promptly contact you in order to arrange a delivery time best suited to you (in the case of large orders).

We believe in providing an all round excellent service and are committed to making sure all goods are delivered on time and at the best possible price. For this reason we make use of our own delivery vehicles and drivers when required ensuring that you as a customer are informed each step of the way. If you are located beyond the M25 we would typically make use of a reputable pallet company to fulfill your delivery.

5. Cancellation by a Buyer

5.1 If the order is cancelled before dispatch,

(a)         if the order is cancelled before the Goods have been dispatched by the manufacturer, then a full refund including the delivery charge would be credited to you.

(b)         if the order is cancelled after a period of 10 days, then a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value will be applied, delivery charges are fully refunded in this instance.

5.2 If the order is cancelled after confirmation and dispatch

(a)         if an order is cancelled after confirmation and dispatch within 10 days of receiving delivery a refund of the order value after applying a 25% restocking fee will be credited to you. The delivery fees would be non-refundable in this instance.

(b)         you are expected to make your own arrangements for the Goods to be delivered to our address (108-110 Sheen Road, Richmond, TW9 1UR), if you are seeking a return. It is important to note that any Goods that you are intending to return are at your own risk and expense, for this reason we strongly recommend taking appropriate care when returning Goods and making sure the Goods are correctly addressed, packaged and insured against any damage that could be incurred in transit. You are legally obliged to return the Goods to us within 14 days of you notifying us of cancellation.

5.3 All funds will be credited to you within 7 – 10 working days once your cancellation has been approved by a member of the customer services department.

5.4 Goods cannot be accepted for return after a period of 14 days has elapsed since the receipt of delivery.by You.

6. Condition of the Goods for Return

6.1 The Goods should be kept in their original condition and packaging, show no signs of attempted installation and be in a saleable condition. A refund will not be applied to Goods that show signs of attempted installation whether or not in original packaging. A refund will be applied after inspection with this process typically taking no longer than 5 working days from the receipt of the returned Goods. 

6.2 Before the item is returned, you should email us at returns@indesignbathrooms.com with the images of the item showing its current condition.
